👥 The RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Co-Founder (Part-Time) to lead our growth strategy from the ground up. This is a founding position with high autonomy and creative freedom.

You’ll drive brand awareness and adoption across two key audiences:

• Impact Creators (nonprofits & social entrepreneurs)
• Impact Backers (retail, Web3 communities, institutional funders)

What You’ll Do

🎯 Design and execute the brand, content, and campaign strategy across crypto-native and traditional channels

📈 Build user and partner acquisition funnels: Twitter, LinkedIn, SEO, community platforms, Web3 events

🧠 Translate tokenisation concepts into clear, inspiring messaging that resonates with both nonprofits and investors

🤝 Collaborate with our product and onboarding teams to drive lead generation, activation, and retention

📊 Set up metrics to track platform adoption, conversion, ROI, and community growth

🌍 Grow a movement: build partner, referral, and advocacy programs across nonprofit accelerators, Web3 DAOs, and social finance networks
