Job Title: Client Experience Manager Location: Sydney, NSW (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview As a Client Experience Manager, you will be guided and mentored by experienced professionals to become an expert in financial services. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about home financing, refinancing, and investment solutions while working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. If you have a sales mindset and excellent communication skills, this role might be for you! Key Responsibilities Assist in assessing clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate financing options. Support the preparation and submission of financing applications with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct research to identify competitive solutions from our panel of lenders. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the financing process. Ensure all interactions and recommendations align with industry best practices, organizational principles and compliance standards. Participate in training programs and workshops to deepen your understanding of home financing. Build and nurture relationships with clients and lenders to enhance business growth. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in finance, brokerage or sales and a commitment to ethical business practices. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required. Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial tools. Personal Attributes: Passionate about helping the Australian community achieve their financial goals. Motivated to learn and grow in the field of finance and brokerage.
