We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant to join our remote team in Australia. In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey by providing guidance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Youโ€™ll work closely with internal teams to build strong client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to long-term customer success. ๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through email, chat, and virtual communication channels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers with product or service inquiries and usage guidance.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Support onboarding and customer engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.

  • Based in Australia and eligible to work remotely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, administration, or sales is a plus but not required.
