✅What You’ll Do

• Talent Management & Acquisition - Lead full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives for purpose-led clients.
• Employee Relations & Engagement - Provide strategic guidance on retention, training, and culture-building in remote-first environments.
• Performance & Development - Create actionable development plans, design high-performance frameworks, and support career growth.
• Personal Brand & Influence Building – Use platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools to amplify thought leadership and reach.
• Organisational Change & Culture Consulting - Drive change initiatives and support clients in aligning values with scalable, human-first practices and success education principals.
• **Learning & Development Advocacy -**Champion mindset, leadership, and performance mentoring tools that support confidence, resilience, and self-leadership.

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (talent acquisition, organisational development, or similar), ideally in multi-state or global settings.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning people strategy with personal business goals.
• Proficiency in interpreting engagement metrics and driving process improvements.
• Confidence in digital platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, etc.).
• A strong online presence, or the willingness to develop one, and the ability to share your voice authentically.
• Exceptional communication, independent-leadership, and storytelling skills.
