As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, impactful, and user-centered designs.

This role offers full flexibility — work remotely anywhere in Australia with options for part-time or full-time engagement depending on your availability.

🧠 Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new product features from concept to delivery
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI standards
• Mentor junior designers when applicable

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work
• Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in agile or remote teams is a plus

💡 Nice to Have:

• Motion design or front-end development knowledge
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or similar industries
• Prior work with accessibility standards (WCAG)
