Staff Engineer

• Ruby on Rails SME + React/Vue
• $180k base + super
• Remote working (AU/NZ based)

Intrinzic are representing an Australian Software Company who are seeking a Staff Engineer with extensive Ruby on Rails and React/Vue experience, to become the most Senior Engineer in their team.

There will be no people management as this is purely an individual contributor role. As a Staff Engineer you will join a growing, collaborative team of Software Engineers, and will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining scalable robust solutions, whilst contributing to the architecture, development and deployment of SaaS products, ensuring high performance, reliability and security.

Key Experience Required

• 7+ years' Ruby on Rails experience
• 2+ years' React/Vue experience
• Experience in mentoring or technical leadership capacity
• Previously championed the design, implementation and maintenance of scalable robust solutions
• Experience architecting, developing and deploying SaaS products
• Experience coordinating the delivery of features from roadmap through each stage of the development cycle
• Ability to identify and implement improvements to existing products and processes
