Senior Software Engineer

Intrinzic is proud to partner exclusively with a hyper-growth global technology company that’s transforming the SaaS landscape. As they continue to scale internationally, we’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the next generation of their platform.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s excited to lead delivery of projects from start to finish - someone who enjoys turning well-defined problems into solutions, coordinating work with other developers, and seeing features go live in front of customers.

This is an individual contributor role, with no people management. You’ll be the technical driver of projects: defining solutions, planning and organising work, managing timelines and expectations, and ensuring successful delivery.

You’ll work closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and designers to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery - from scoping to release.
• Translate business or product requirements into clear, actionable technical plans.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, resilient systems in a fast-moving SaaS environment
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from roadmap to release
• Taking ownership of architecture decisions and technical direction
• Mentoring and guiding other engineers to raise the bar across the team
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, code quality, and engineering processes

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience working with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years’ experience with React or Vue.js
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong technical leadership or mentoring background
• Track record of delivering complex features through all stages of the development cycle
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
