📚 Online Tutor (Subcontractor) – Secondary Humanities, Science & Maths Years 7–10 | Part-Time | Online | Daytime Hours We are Homeschool Academy Tutoring — a vibrant, passionate team supporting homeschooling families across Australia. Many of our students are neurodivergent, have experienced anxiety or bullying, or are navigating life outside the mainstream schooling system. Their families didn’t plan to homeschool — they had to. That’s where we come in. And maybe you do too. We’re currently seeking dynamic and engaging online tutors (subcontractors) to join our team in the following subjects: • Humanities – 12 live sessions per week • Mathematics – 20 live sessions per week • Science – 8 live sessions per week 🕐 Hours: Between 9am and 2pm, Monday to Thursday (ideal for educators wanting consistent, part-time hours) ✨ About the Role: • Deliver live, curriculum-aligned online tutoring sessions to Years 7–10 students • Support students in a group environment (up to 20 kids) • Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging online space for teens who often struggle in traditional settings • Provide light feedback (not marking), with a focus on encouragement and student growth • Build trusted relationships with families and contribute to their homeschooling journey ✅ Who We’re Looking For: • Qualified teachers or experienced tutors with a strong background in Humanities, Maths, or Science • Confident online presenters who can keep teens engaged (even the camera-shy ones!) • Passion for working with neurodivergent and anxious learners, and those who have faced school-related challenges • Reliable, consistent, and looking for long-term subcontracting — we’re not after short-term placements • Enthusiastic team players who genuinely care about student wellbeing and learning ❤️ Why Join Us? • A supportive, purpose-driven team that values compassion as much as curriculum • Flexible daytime hours that fit into your lifestyle • Ongoing contract with consistent sessions • Be part of something meaningful — helping families rebuild confidence, connection, and joy through education 📝 Ready to Apply?
