About The Role We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager – Property. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint, with the possibility of some travel as appropriate for connection and collaboration purposes. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of project plans, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will also involve reporting project performance, managing risks, and supporting change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management plans, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Create comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts, and report performance to the Project Steering Committee.
• Monitor project expenditure and provide detailed forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage interdependencies between projects.
• Establish risk, issue, and decision registers to address emerging challenges.
• Work closely with Change Managers to support communication and training initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management.

• Effective change management skills with a focus on accountability and collaboration.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
