The Role

As Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in defining and growing the equ brand, driving creative campaigns, and ensuring our message resonates across all platforms. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll manage everything from strategy and storytelling to campaign execution and performance tracking. Success is measured by results—think engagement rates, customer loyalty, and ROI.

What You’ll Do

✨ Develop and execute bold brand strategies to grow awareness, loyalty, and differentiation.

✨ Lead creative campaigns across digital and social channels, exploring formats like video, podcasts, and community-driven initiatives.

✨ Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver top-notch marketing assets.

✨ Guide the team on influencer strategies and day-to-day social media management.

✨ Measure campaign performance, refining strategies using data and insights.

✨ Ensure brand consistency across packaging, social media, email, and in-app experiences.

✨ Work on exciting partnerships and support cross-functional projects.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years of brand management or creative marketing experience (health, wellness, or tech preferred but not essential).

✔ A proven track record of delivering measurable results.

✔ Exceptional project management and storytelling skills.

✔ Analytical mindset with a knack for using data to drive success.

✔ Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness—because that’s what we’re all about!
