About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst with prior experience in rostering and scheduling. You'll be the bridge between the business and the Digital Program (including the vendor team). You'll translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories with precise acceptance criteria aligned to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM prioritising standard platform capabilities wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, map processes and perform gap analysis across clinical and operational workflows.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to standard D365 CE functionality.
• Refine and prioritise the backlog; ensure sprint readiness with the vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Support test planning and execution (system, integration, UAT) to validate acceptance criteria.
• Technical & Functional Documentation: maintain accurate "as-built" documentation and solution designs; produce work instructions for BAU handover.
• Contribute to integration specifications for adjacent systems (e.g., EMR/clinical, finance, reporting).
• Champion change adoption and stakeholder engagement across business units.

About You

• Proven extensive experience as a Business Analyst with rostering and scheduling experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Get user stories in place by time to go into discovery with vendor
• Problem solver
• Proactive, need fresh eyes to inject some fresh thinking into project and team
• Working in a cross-functional team and a hybrid agile delivery model, you will collaborate closely with a systems integrator to implement and embed an Enterprise Operations Care System across the organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Industry experience in Aged Care or Healthcare highly regarded.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly regarded.
