Serve as a sales expert for the DoseMeRx precision dosing software platform who is passionate about supporting our customers’ experience and transforming outcomes. Skilled at strategic territory building and cultivating strong business relationships. Proactively identifying customer needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions with the goal of mutual success. This role demands skill to become a sales expert, project manager, product expert, coach to other team members, and more.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver ARR growth goals, new and upgrade sales
- Build, execute, and deliver on a territory development sales plan
- Cultivate relationships and engage with new customer prospects, existing customers, referrals, affiliates, channel partners & distributors in an effort to sell DoseMe solutions
- Identify and cultivate business relationships with distributors to expand channel partnerships across territory.
- Manage distribution partners within territory; including but not limited to: training, supporting the sales process, business reviews, account and payment activities and aftermarket support collaboration.
- Monitoring accounts to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Build and present customized customer business cases, proposals, and agreements.
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process, for both direct and channel partner customers, to preserve and improve customer retention.
Customer account management, retention, and growth
- Oversee ongoing support and growth of client based within territory
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of strategic and health system customer needs & requirements, within each country in territory, translating them into value initiatives that drive outcome goals.
- Facilitate alignment of external and internal resources, to address customer & distributor challenges with enjoyment of the solution and to realize outcome improvements and improved sales.
- Identify, communicate, and mobilize resources appropriately to respond to major business risks; customer, distributor, deficiencies, utilization gaps, channel alignment, and competition.
- Help turn customers into DoseMe enthusiasts and build a vibrant community of champions and references
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure retention
Onboarding of new customers within the territory, and as requested by company, including implementation and training.
- Follow processes and utilize/update tools with the Customer Experience team to onboard customers
- Conduct planning meetings, ensure paperwork accuracy, and conduct customer training.
- Continued management through customer go-live with account management check-ins and appropriate business reviews
Manage opportunities in CRM according to company specifications for accurate reporting and forecasting.Regular communication & ongoing Support with internal business partnersProvide regular product feedback & enhancement requests of customers.Support distributors, build field relationships, and engage in pipeline development, sales activities, marketing programs, and training.Engage in personal and team training and development, sales meetings, and internal company meetings.Engage to support post-sale activities and customer onboarding to ensure customer success.General tasks and others as asked for by the company; including, but not limited to, supporting Customer Experience Intercom overflow demand.Qualifications
· Bachelors degree business administration, sales, marketing or relevant field
· 5+ years of successful experience in healthcare software, medical device, or life science sales
· 3+ years of territory account management or client services experience
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong track record of high client satisfaction ratings and proven success
· Ability to build and conduct partner business reviews
· Ability to drive collaboration and sales activity through distributors
· The aptitude to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to develop and grow relationships with clients
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand data and present information to clients
· Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and influence internal and external stakeholders
· Experience with CRM (i.e. Salesforce); Overall IT capacity including Microsoft suite experience
