Sales Guru, perfect role for someone on a WHV, help us grow our start up and build relationships in a friendly industry. About The Role We are looking for a causal part-time sales specialist to assist us in building our brand, qualifying leads and assisting us to grow our network of clients across Australia and New Zealand. This is the perfect role for someone on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) who has a strong sales background, is good at prospecting, ie has no issues making cold calls, is used to working in B2B or with professionals, enjoys building relationships, has a great friendly phone manner and is highly effective at qualifying leads and working through calls lists. We see this role starting out at 3 to 4 hours a day for 4 to 5 days a week, ideally at the start or the end of the day or at the best time you find to call. That means you have plenty of time to work another job, travel or enjoy this beautiful country. This is a remote first role, which means you can work from anywhere, all you need is a computer, good internet connection, quite space to work /call and a headset. This will be the perfect role for a sales guru who enjoys the thrill of the chase but also has a focus on effectiveness over time! About You Ideally you are someone who has worked in sales or even better recruitment for years and are well trained in sales prospecting and qualifying. You have a genuine friendly approach and someone people warm to over the phone. You are effective in building rapport quickly and getting information you need from people to qualify leads and prospects. You are someone who is happy to pickup a phone, good with technology and good with sales processes. It would also be great if you are also can assist us in refining our sales and marketing processes, as a start-up we continue to develop everything as we go. About Us We provide a range of HR services, primarily focused on the property and building industry. With over 10,000 companies and contacts in our network, we’ve been steadily growing our brand over the past year (founded in 2023). To accelerate growth, we are seeking 1-2 experienced salespeople to help us build relationships faster, qualify leads more efficiently, and ensure we’re engaging with the right decision-makers. This will allow us to better align our marketing efforts, understand budgets and approval processes, and nurture the right contacts through targeted sales funnels Services We Offer Include

Location and Hours We are a remote first business, which means you will primarily work from home or where you want and work the hours that are most effective for you. It would be great if you are based in or around 1-2 hrs of Sydney or Melbourne and can commute to attend client meetings or networking events if needed. Potential Recruiter Role Past the initial qualifying process, there is the potential this role could also turn into a recruiter role. If you pick up jobs, you can work on these. You can earn a good commission on this. We are happy to train you if you don’t have a background in agency recruitment. The industries we work in still have strong and ongoing needs for recruiters and most companies have good relationships with recruiters, so there is good career potential longer-term and an ability for you to work more hours and earn more money.
