What you’ll do:

As BDM, you’ll be on the frontline of the companies growth – connecting with strata managers, brokers, remedial builders, and committees to deliver real value through tailored finance solutions.

✅ Generate and qualify leads

✅ Present to strata committees and stakeholders

✅ Support customers from enquiry through to funding

✅ Build lasting relationships with referral partners

✅ Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Who you are:

✔ 3+ years in business development, account management, or sales

✔ You must have a solid understanding of the strata industry (essential!)

✔ Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills

✔ Self-starter who thrives in a remote (WFH) environment

✔ CRM and digital tools experience
