Role Description
The Practice Manager supports the Founder/Director in running an efficient and professional bookkeeping practice. This role focuses on process improvement, operations, administration and people management, ensuring the team delivers high-quality client outcomes. With a curious and solutions-focused mindset, the Practice Manager actively seeks better ways of working, improving workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Practice Manager is not responsible for BAS services but plays a key role in workflow oversight, client communication, and practice performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience (desirable). Certificate IV Accounting & Bookkeeping advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years in an operational, administrative, or people management role (professional services background preferred).
- Bookkeeping knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential (must be comfortable coordinating a bookkeeping team).
- No BAS Agent registration required - technical compliance remains the responsibility of the Director/Registered BAS Agent.
