🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams and departments
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project contributors
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and process improvement
• Identify risks and challenges early, and support mitigation planning
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, management, or related roles
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business, Management, or related field)
• Fluent in English
• Must have the legal right to work full-time in Australia
