We are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced offshore Senior Financial Advisor to support our financial planning, analysis, and compliance activities.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Senior Financial Advisor to support ABCI’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and FVRA (Financial Viability Risk Assessment) requirements. The role involves developing financial strategies for the organisation, managing investment and cash-flow planning, ensuring compliance with ASQA and industry standards, and providing expert guidance to support executive decision-making.

You will review financial data, assess risks, prepare FVRA documentation, support audits, and contribute to long-term financial stability. Strong communication skills and the ability to present clear financial advice to management are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasting models

Conduct FVRA assessments and ensure financial compliance with ASQA requirements

Provide advice on cash flow, investments, and long-term financial sustainability

Analyse financial reports and present strategic recommendations

Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

Support external audits and regulatory submissions

Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience in financial planning, analysis, or advisory roles

Strong knowledge of investments, budgeting, and risk assessment

Experience with FVRA or RTO financial compliance (preferred)

Excellent analytical, communication, and client-relationship skills

Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
